Pulse and Prosper LLC ("Pulse Tracker," "we," "us") operates tracker.pulseandprosper.com. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
Account information. When you sign up: your email address, a hashed (not plaintext) password, and your name.
Link and campaign data you create. Destination URLs, link names, campaigns, and any metadata you attach to a tracking link (platform, content format, placement, notes).
Visitor data, collected when someone clicks one of your tracking links. IP address, user agent (browser/device info), approximate geographic location (country, region, city) derived from IP, referring ad-platform click IDs when present in the URL (such as Meta's fbclid), and a first-party cookie we set on our own domain to recognize repeat visits across a single buying journey. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
Payment information. Billing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store your card number. We retain your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.
Credentials you choose to store. If you connect Meta Conversions API or use the Connected Services feature to store another service's API key, that credential is encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) before it touches our database. We do not have a way to display it back to you in plain text after you save it.
Stripe. Processes your payment. Governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.
Meta (Facebook/Instagram), only if you turn this on. If you enable Meta Conversions API, click and conversion data for the links you choose — which can include a visitor's IP address, browser info, and click identifiers — is sent to Meta to improve ad attribution. This only happens for links you've connected; it is off by default. Governed by Meta's data policy.
We do not sell visitor or customer data to anyone, for any reason.
Click and conversion records are kept for as long as your account is active, so your historical analytics stay accurate. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us — see Section 7.
We set one first-party cookie on our own domain (pt_vid) to recognize a returning visitor across separate clicks, which is what makes multi-touch attribution possible. If you enable Meta integration, we may also set a second cookie (pt_fbp) used only for that attribution. Neither cookie is a third-party ad-tracking cookie, and neither is shared with anyone except as described in Section 3.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us using the details below and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
