Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets out what you can't do with Pulse Tracker. It exists alongside our Terms of Service and gives us a clear, documented basis to suspend or terminate accounts that violate it.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use Pulse Tracker, including its redirect links, batch creation, or API/MCP connector, to:

• Create links pointing to phishing pages, malware, or anything designed to impersonate another person, brand, or company without authorization.
• Redirect to illegal content of any kind, including content that violates intellectual property rights you don't hold.
• Disguise or obscure a destination specifically to evade a platform's own content moderation or advertising policies.
• Harass, stalk, or track a specific individual without their knowledge or consent — this includes using Pulse Tracker's geolocation or device data to monitor a private person rather than measure marketing traffic.
• Send spam, or use Pulse Tracker links in unsolicited bulk messaging that violates CAN-SPAM or similar laws.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, tier limits, or API scopes through automated abuse, multiple accounts, or credential sharing.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service itself — this includes attempting to access another customer's data, probing for vulnerabilities, or overwhelming the system with traffic not related to genuine marketing use.

Enforcement

Guardian, our automated destination monitor, may flag or pause a link it detects as unsafe. Deliberately disabling that protection to keep an unsafe destination live is itself a violation of this policy. We may suspend a link, an API key, or an account without advance notice where we reasonably believe this policy has been violated, particularly where continued access could cause harm to a third party. Where possible, we'll tell you why.

Reporting Abuse

If you believe a Pulse Tracker link is being used to harm you or someone else, contact us directly — see below. We take reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
